1. Acceptance of Terms

• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.

The Company reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, without prior notice to the user.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

tk3366 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available at the time of your transaction. 4.1 Deposits

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not been accessed by the account holder for a period of 12 consecutive months and carries a positive real-money balance. The Company reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance charge to dormant accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. Account balances will never fall below zero as a result of dormancy charges.

4.4 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must notify our support team within 14 days of the transaction date. 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

tk3366's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real money deposited by you and held in your account at the time the cause of action arose, or ৳5,000 — whichever is the lesser amount.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Account Termination and Closure

Upon receiving a closure request, we will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance (subject to completed verification) and deactivate your account. Pending bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless their wagering requirements have already been met.
